I believe that Pam is legally obligated to pay All Clean the extra $25 because she watched the employees mistakenly give her car a special $30 hand wax treatment rather than the $5 spray wax she requested and she did not object. She has been considered tacit approval to give her car a special $30 hand wax treatment, so she is legally obligated to pay All Clean the extra $25 for their services.

“An implied contract: A contract that is not expressed but is inferred from the actions of the parties. Is one that is inferred from the actions of the parties. When parties have not discussed terms, an implied contract exists if it is clear from the conduct of both parties that they intended there be one.” (Business Law and the Legal Environment.
