leadership report

Students will create an 8-10 page report that focuses on the insights on leadership gained from your interviews, the information found in the annotated bibliography, and other academic resources as well as incorporate theories and practices studied in this course. The report should also bring attention to a selected trend or issue that faces public leaders (leadership in the pubic/non-profit sector). You must include:

• a description of the selected organization(s), background on the individuals interviewed
• a summary of the interview
• literature review based on the references found in your annotated bibliography (from refereed journal articles or governmental agencies data sources)
• Synopsis of findings (this should form the majority of your paper)

I have attached the completed interview along with the completed annotated bibliography. It is really important for you to use these attachments to complete this report.
