i m in need of help with creating a website

I’m in need of some assistance creating a website with a css style sheet and a basic eCommerce style website. i’m wanting a product page with 3-4 drop down buttons with 4 options in each of the drop down to the right of a photo. Once one of the 4 items is selected i want the user to be able to add the item to a shopping cart and generate an email to a email address stating what they selected. 4 pages total, i’ll fill in the colors and photos and wording i just need the format even just a basic one and all the drop downs can just say example or list etc.. i’ll fix. I’d like to have the nav control for teh pages on the left side and floating as the use scrolls. Thank you for your help
